While we love pets, we can't allow them in automobiles because some of our customers are allergic to them.

YoYoHire works as a marketplace for those businesses who want to rent their cars. We offer a self-driven car rental service that gives you all the privacy, fun, and convenience of owning and maintaining a car without the hassles. We pick up and drop off automobiles right outside your door so you can focus on what matters most: driving! Our typical method of serving you is to drop off and pick up cars at your doorstep, and this service is accessible throughout the places we serve.

You need to contact on service provider number shared in the email sent to you at the time of the booking request.

To use YoYoHire services, you must be at least 21 years old and have a valid "Light Motor Vehicles'' driver's license for at least one year (at the time of starting the trip). All drivers must have a current Australian driver's licence or a valid foreign driver's licence will be accepted for an extra $5 per day fee.

This is dependent on the pricing plan you choose. If you choose the "Unlimited kms" pricing plan (available exclusively without fuel and for bookings of more than 24 hours), there is no restriction to the number of kilometres you can drive, and you have complete freedom to drive the car as much as you like. Turn it up! Other price plans feature a "kilometres restriction" that changes depending on the package. You can still drive past the kilometre restriction, but you will be charged for the additional kilometres driven.

Extra charges will apply as per the terms & conditions provided by the merchant.

If you cancel within seven days of your reservation, you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. There will be no reimbursement if you cancel within 7 days of your reservation.

Yes, you can select several delivery and pickup locations within the same city at no additional cost above the regular delivery and pickup fees. This option must be selected at the time of booking, before the reservation is confirmed. You can change your booking later, but you'll have to pay the associated adjustment fees.

No refund.

For rental payment, we accept cash, EFTPOS, Direct Debit, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards such as Visa and MasterCard. All direct debit and credit card payments are subject to a fee. Amex or Diners Club cards are not accepted as forms of payment.

Yes. All drivers, however, must have a valid driver's licence and must be listed on and sign the rental agreement. Before the booking can begin, a copy of all drivers' licences must be submitted.

Valid Australian driving license and bank card if you don’t have an Australian driving license then you have to provide your passport with your international driving license.

We will suggest you to return the car only after thorough checking, even if anything remains then you can contact your merchant on the number provided to you at the booking time
